The community of Mill Bay is located on Highway #1, approximately 19 km southeast of Duncan and 40
km north of Victoria. Mill Bay is situated on the southeast shore of Vancouver Island, in the Cowichan
Valley and is part of the Cowichan Valley Regional District.
