For sure Ivan and Marcel were exceptionally professional. I felt so lucky to have them move my precious belongings. They worked hard and I was very impressed by their cordial natures. If there was a 10 star option I would give them that rate .. thanks guys

These guys are the real deal!! I used Google review and gave them a call. From the initial phone call to the actual day these guys were awesome. They communicate so well with you. They emailed billing /confirmation and called me the day before to confirm times and particulars. I had a small but complicated and unique move - a grand piano out of a condo and into a UHAUL. A bit of logistics as we flew into Vancouver to get this done. The three guys moving our family heirloom communicated with us and each other so well. Their efforts to get that huge piano safely into the UHAUL were done with absolute care at every step. We are pleased with Ferguson and will use this company again!

We couldn't of asked for a better experience. Day one: Marche, Ivan, Dante & Tony. The movers arrived on time. They were easy to talk to, took great care of our furniture/boxes, very helpful and Marche did a good job keeping things organized. Finished earlier than expected! Day two: Ivan, Dante, Michael, Cian and Tony Again, they were on time. Even though they had to go up 4 flights of stairs (so sorry the elevator was broken!) the team took such great care of our things; no damages and they were still kind & respectful. Your team leads, Ivan & Dante did a great job keeping things going and organized. They were very helpful with rearranging the furniture and finished sooner than we thought. Thank you for all the help! 😊

We have used Ferguson for all our moves, and we highly recommend their professional service. Quinn is extremely helpful in his guidance to prep for the move, and the movers are very careful with our possessions. Not the cheapest, but worth the peace of mind.

This company is fantastic. I moved from a townhouse to an apartment. Ferguson made the entire move happen in three hours. They pack, they lift, they move, they are great workers and make the stress of a Move go away quickly. Ferguson Moving was AWESOME. I had a huge, bulky, and heavy sound booth that had to be disassembled and moved to a storage location in Richmond. I first inquired so many other moving businesses for help, but as I told them that it's a bulky sound booth, they either stopped answering my inquiries or just said no upfront without even asking further details. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was super patient with me and non-judgmental, willing to help me out. They text you two days before the moving date so you can rest assured that your move is fully booked and guaranteed. I told them the parking instructions so I didn't need to worry about confusing the driver on their way to my house. Their time window of arrival was between 8-9am. The three friendly movers showed up at 8:15am. Super polite and humble, made great communications with me from the start to end. Flat rate also gave me a peace of mind for not having to worry about the extra $$$ for one minute of overtime (you know, some movers intentionally stretch down their time to do that). Crystal clear invoice with no hidden fees or "add-on" fees. It was a pricy move (because of the size of my furniture understandably), but it worked great! Highly recommended!
